The boys got their whittling badge last night. They have to have that in order to "legally" carry a pocket knife at scout camp. That badge makes me feel so much better - does the scout master know Koby nearly lost a thumb whittling a month ago?

Your boys are so handsome! Great job on not cutting the thumb all the way off! I think that is the only goal in whittling. If you cut yourself it is the knife's fault- it is too dull or too sharp! Go Scouts. I think it is so great! How are the puppies?! We lost our family dog a little while ago and my family would love one but I will say the loss was so HARD that I don't know if we could go through that again -but we sure miss our Duke!
I got put on whittling probation once at Scout Camp for running with my knife. ~Sean
